Services include property preparation, listing creation and optimisation across multiple booking platforms (Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com), guest screening, dynamic pricing, guest communication and support, cleaning coordination, maintenance management, regulatory compliance including WA STRA registration, and ongoing owner reporting.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events.

- Enquiry data (contact form submissions and initial enquiries from users who do not proceed to engagement): retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Client data (personal information relating to property owners engaged under our services): retained for 7 years after the engagement ends, consistent with Australian tax and business record obligations.
- Marketing data (email subscription and communication preferences): retained for as long as you remain subscribed, plus 24 months after unsubscription for suppression list purposes.
- Analytics data (device, browser, and website usage data collected through analytics tools): retained per the default retention periods of the relevant analytics service, typically 14 to 26 months.
- Booking data (guest and booking information relating to properties we manage on your behalf): retained for 7 years after the booking date, consistent with Australian tax and business record obligations.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
